1) You must be of legal age to join and promote our sites.

2) Multiple accounts are allowed per company or organization.

3) We do not accept webmasters using non adult free hosts such as Geocities, Tripod, and Angelfire.

4) We reserve the right to deny any webmaster admittance into our program for using illegal content, if the webmaster is located in a high fraud area, or for any other reason.

5) By signing up you understand and acknowledge that PornoPushers can and most likely will send out emails (newsletter) to all webmasters that join.

6) You may NOT hot link any of our banners from our server, if you do, you WILL be cancelled without pay.

7) E-mail spamming is strictly prohibited unless your list is double opt in and CANSPAM compliant.

8) PornoPushers will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.

9) We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined you have cheated by violating this agreement in any way YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!!

10) We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reason. We reserve the right to change the payout rate with a 3 day notice.

11) PornoPushers.com reserves the right to terminate any account at anytime without notice.

12) If 25% of your trials aren't converting to a full member we reserve the right to switch it to a revshare model or terminate the account.

Fraudulent Activities:
If you signup to a paysite using your own linking code, your account will be flagged and you will not be credited for it. Test joins are allowed but you will not be credited for them.

Rules On Traffic:
You are free to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the terms herein. Sending any hits from any URL's that contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices without the prior written consent of the Administration will result in the IMMEDIATE cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, bestiality, warez, newsgroup postings, spam e-mails, Mp3, unlicensed content or any other site we deem illegal. We do not give second chance when dealing with webmasters who promote these kinds of sites, and consider it a serious issue which only harms our industry!

Rules On 5% Bonus
You must have at least 1 sale on any given pay period in order to receive a 5% bonus from your downline active webmasters.

Charge backs:
PornoPushers.com reserves the right to disable a Webmaster's account if they have a unusually high number of charge-backs and refunds as decided in the sole and unfettered discretion of PornoPushers.com. Your payout will be forfeited as partial damages under the terms of this agreement.

Ways To Get Paid:
We send you checks on a bi-monthly schedule, in full, for the commission you earned. No pending transactions, no estimates. Your check is sent to you within 5 days from the end of each pay period for the previous period's transactions. Commissions for sales made from the 1st through the 15th of the month will be paid on the 20th of the month (Payout Period One).

Commissions for sales made from the 16th through the end of month will be paid on the 5th of the following month (Payout Period Two) If you opt for a 'wire' payment, the minimum is $100. Wires are paid Bi-monthly on the 20th and 5th of each month same day checks are sent out and each wire carries a fee of $25.00. ePassporte will also be paid out on the 20th and the 5th of each month.

If you choose to be paid by wire or ePassporte, the cost of the transaction will be deducted from your payout. Wires range to $45 and ePassporte charges $2.
